STRUCTURE: RCC framed structure as per designs approved by margao Municipal council.

WALLS: Brick/Laterite/concrete block masonary in cement mortar.

FLOORING: All flooring will be of single color ceramic tiles except for Living! Dining which will be Vitrified tiles.

DOORS / WINDOWS: All doorframes shall be of Matti/Sal wood of size 2.5"x4". Main door teak wood frame paneled door. Bedroom and Kitchen doors shall be laminated commercial ply flush doors . Toilet door FRP type.

PLASTER & PAINT: All external surfaces of the building will be plastered with two coats of cement mortar fished with "Snowcem" or equivalent quality waterproof cement paint. Internal walls, ceiling will be plastered with one coat of cement paint, mortar and finished smooth with Neeru and painted with oil bound distemper. Kitchen, toilets and bath will be finished in oil bound distemper on all unglazed surfaces.

KITCHEN: Kitchen platform to be provided of khadappa stone with Granite top & stainless steel sink. The wall dado to be provided with ceramic tiles up to 60cm heights.

ELECTRICAL: Concealed wiring with copper wires and modular switches.

PLUMBING & DRAINAGE: Rain water and sewage drainage to be in SWR PVC pipes and fittings. Plumbing water lines to be threaded PVC pipes. Underground to be in SWR PVC pipes with chambers and traps to be connected to sewage mains/septic tank. Building to be provided with overhead tank and under ground sump.

TOILETS: With 8"x4" ceramic tiles dado up to 2.50M. height with complete flooring in non-skid ceramic tiles. It will be provided with Indian/western style, washbasin and mark or equivalent type fittings.

LIFT: Casule and additional internal lift shall be provided with electrical back-up facility.
